Brow Lamination
Contraindications
Please contact us if you tick any of the below:
★ Cosmetic tattooing within 6-8 weeks of appointment
★ Another lamination or chemical treatment on the brows within 3-4 weeks of an upcoming booking
★ Acne medications such as Accutane
★ Botox
★ Warts, skin tags or moles
★ Undergoing Chemo therapy
★ Diabetic, or skin disorders which alter your healing
★ Eczema/dermatitis
★ Allergies to tint/dye ingredients
★ Skin allergies
★ Allergies to scented lotions
★ Sun damaged/burned skin
★ Sensitive skin (take antihistamine if any adverse reactions occur after waxing)
Preparation
★ Avoid Aha, RETINOL, over direct waxing areas 3 days prior to appointment.
★ The week of your appointment be sure to gently exfoliate and moisturise the brows to get long lasting results on tint.
★ Avoid chemical peels or skin needing within 2 weeks prior.
★ Avoid Botox treatments around eyes & forehead within 2 weeks.
★ Avoid excessive sun exposure 3 days prior
★ No tweezing
★ No trimming
Aftercare
★ Do not wet for a full 24 hours
★ Apply brow aftercare oil on the hairs & skin daily, this will keep them hydrated and avoid kinks or hair breakage
★ Apply gel, soap or wax through the day to hold brows in place
★ In 3-4 weeks time you may come back in for anther brow botox treatment if brows are feeling a little dry
